RSMeans Building Construction Cost Data 2013 - Accurate Cost Estimates for Commercial & Residential Projects | Perfect for Contractors, Architects & Engineers

I bought this book to do a cost estimate on architectural compenents for a commercial project. There were some specific assemblies (infilling existing openings in a masonry wall, for instance) that were not listed in the book, but there is enough for anyone with a good handle on construction to use. I used it in conjunction with a Revit model, and this process went very quickly. Bonus: my estimate was a good approximation of the actual bids received.
